Dragon Quest Monsters: The Withered World Updates Hub
What Square Enix has actually shown, in order.
Dragon Quest Monsters: The Withered World is still upcoming. This hub is a dated list of things Square Enix, Nintendo, and PlayStation have put on stage, plus the two shopping pages that matter before January 5, 2027: editions and DLC.

What each update means for players
The May/June trailers tell you the fantasy: scout, synthesize, restore a dead kingdom. The July briefing is the system bible this wiki’s guides are built from. August is why the Waterwing Can page exists. September is when you can stop watching and start a demo save. Press notes from that week live on hands-on previews. Consecutive extra fights and the egg shop live on Wrangler’s Gauntlet. Named first-timers are on new monsters.
If you only pre-order because a trailer was pretty, read editions anyway. Standard is $59.99. Deluxe is $94.99 with 48 hours of early access and the 4-Item DLC set. Collector’s is $219.99 with figurines. DLC is also $9.99 each or $34.99 as a bundle — buying Deluxe plus the bundle is how people double-pay.
What this hub will not do
It will not invent patch notes. It will not list fake codes. It will not pretend a day-one balance chart exists. When Square Enix posts a real patch, this page gets a dated entry and the relevant guide is edited. Until then, use Getting Started for play and this hub for calendar.
Steam app ID is 3681610. Official English site: dragonquest.com/dqmtww. Both are on Links.
