Scout Proficiency Test

Notable Answers

Dingaling (Beginner Q7): Rank C, Material family. The night requirement on Fert Isle makes it the most timing-sensitive answer. Plan a Zoom to Fert Isle at night specifically for this.

Great Argon Lizard (Advanced Q4): Scout on uncharted islands or Fert Isle. If you cannot reach uncharted islands yet, Fert Isle works.

Cannibox (Advanced Q7): Scout at Palaish Isle Shrine. That is a specific dungeon location.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers before you scout your first monster.

Where are the test rewards?

Scoutmaster Shuffles gives item rewards for each completed test. Fandom lists the full reward table.

Can I breed instead of scouting for the test answers?

Yes. Each breeding answer is valid as long as you have the parent monster at level 10. Breeding is not an option if you do not yet own the species.

Where is Fert Isle?

A Zoom destination that unlocks during the game. The night requirement for Dingaling specifically applies on Fert Isle.
